Shipping policy

At Zenia Goods, we aim to deliver your items quickly and reliably across the United States.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking details once your package has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship to all states within the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard: 2 to 4 business days - FREE for all orders

  • Express: 2 to 3 business days - $2.99

Note: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and remote locations may require an extra 2–4 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to register on the carrier’s system.

4. Address Corrections & P.O. Boxes Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We ship to valid US residential addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes.
