30-Day Change of Mind Policy

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a change of mind return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our designated facility.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Under the Australian Consumer Law, if an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping costs).

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info.shopifyaustralia@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. Clear photos or a short video of the damage/fault.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info.shopifyaustralia@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
